West Virginia Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a state run agency that serves as a wing of West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services. The department offers a variety of services such as a vocational rehabilitation program, support groups, training on how to effectively manage your remaining vision if you are low vision, and training classes in braille, assistive technology, orientation and mobility, and daily living skills.
