The Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a state run agency that provides those who are blind and visually impaired with a variety of services such as a school-to-work transition program that works with students (aged 15 and up) to easily transition into employment after high school. The commission also runs a business enterprise program that allows those who are blind and visually impaired the chance to become a food service or vending operator. Lastly the commission has braille services that work with individuals and business’s that need material transcribed to braille.
