Colorado Center for the Blind:

Located: 2233 W Shepperd Ave, Littleton, CO 80120

The Colorado Center for the  Blind offers a variety of programs and service to all ages that include the independence training program where blind adults (18 and older) learn how to function independently, summer youth programs which provide blind students with the opportunity to obtain skills needed to achieve success in school, and a variety  of courses for seniors who have difficulties with independent living skills required to continue living on their own.

Anchor Center for Blind Children:

Located: 2550 Roslyn St, Denver, CO 80238

The Anchor Center for Blind Children offers the blind youth of Colorado a variety of programs and services such as their infant program where families attend with their infant twice a week to learn a variety of basic skills like eating, crawling and socializing, the toddler program where families attend twice a week with their toddler where they prepare for preschool by teaching basic skills like pre-braille and how to use assistive walking devices like canes, and their preschool program which consists of five to seven children who are work on a variety of early education, recreation, socialization, and mobility activities.
